Thanks for all the energy waves coming toward Judah. I am sure he felt them. Knowing Judah and his love for sleep, he probably groused at having his nap time interrupted. But in the long run I am sure he will thank every one.

Its now 2.25, Judah was sleeping with his eyes shut tight. He is under heavy sedation to keep him from moving about and basically is unresponsive. A few minutes ago, I was talking to him and describing the meditation. He slowly raised is left eyelid a tad. I know that he heard me and it is his way to say "back at you, Mom".
"Back at you, Everyone", especially Eli (of many last names) for proposing the idea, and Rachel for teaching us how to Meditate.

Hi all. I imagined golden streams of energy-laden light shooting out from all the places where people love Judah - Denver, Chicago, New York, Israel, Rancho Park - and saw them converging in Duarte, going in the front door of the new building, up the elevator to the ICU, into his room, and surrounding him, bathing him and cradling him in the golden glow.

At 11:50am, we were 23 individuals holding hands in a circle and doing our communal meditation for Judah. It was very powerful.

Meanwhile at home meditating at the same time were Stuart, Ted, Val, Claire, Sarah, Elza and Hiroko.

My friends and I have split up Sefer Tehillim (Book of Psalms) in the hope that the entire book will be said for Judah every day. So far the first four books are covered, but I'm still working on the fifth. At 11:50am I was meditating with all of you, and praying to G-d for Judah's recovery, to heal quickly and be well. Judah, I'm sure you felt all the positive energy that was being sent your way, even if it did interrupt your nap!

By the way, Shakti's name was really something like Alyssa Cohen, she's practically family!
The Nemetzes sent thier positive vibes. Stacie with her lunch buddies and me at the Journal. Zoe was napping ala Judah. Stacie imagined Judah munching on a pastrami sandwich on rye and I pictured Judah playing softball with Zo.

We are together here in Old Chatham. George set his watch and his Palm Pilot to alert us at 2:50. We all went to private places to meditate and pray for Judah and George said a Mishaberach.

I spent a few minutes of peace and quite in my office starting at 11:50 reflecting on the first summer I met Judah at Camp Ramah and praying for him to get well. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire White family.

Hi Whites. In Menlo Park this morning, I asked the dentist if she could stop at 11:50 (if I was still in the chair) for 60 seconds and she (and her assistant) said of course. It turned out that I was done, and so left the office and went outside and sat down in my car in front of a huge live oak tree in the parking lot. At 11:50 I imagined Judah, smiling and healthy, and began to say over and over "Ale Na R'fah Na Lo" and sent healing energy down to all of you at City of Hope.
As it turns out, some of the people I've told about this moment of prayerful mediation also wanted to participate. They include my friend Barbara, and the dentist (Andrea), and Howie's parents (Bubbie and Saba) and his aunt Isabelle. Howie said his own t'fillah for Judah from his workplace in San Jose.
What a clear and demonstable way to teach us how to create a caring community---you are our teachers in all things having to do with care, reaching out to friends and family, and embracing all of us in the great project of Judah's recovery. thank you for showing us how.... keep it up!!

Greg and I were in Chicago at work and at 1:50 our time we both stopped working, closed our office doors, and took a few minutes to join all of you with our positive thoughts of healing for Judah and continued strength to his family and his medical team. I sang M'sheberach quietly in my office. It was very peaceful. I pray that Judah felt all the love being sent from all over the world today. I have several churches and mosques in Chicago joining in too. Best wishes, Jill Franklin
