It's amazing how this blog has united so many who, without Judah, may never had connected. It was a way to stay connected to Judah when he was so ill, and it has grown to be a place where his friends and family say connected to him and to one another. Your willingness to share your experiences with us, and to let us be there, if only in thought and kind word, has been amazing.

I can tell you with surity that Judah's ulpan friends love and miss him, and think and talk about him daily. Another legacy of Judah's may be that his spirit reaffirms our connections to friends that may lie dormant but never die.

All our love,
Lisa and Gary Lainer

Thanks, David.

I have joined Team in Training in NYC to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Judah's honor. In order to raise $5,400, I'll be cycling 100 miles in November in Tucson, AZ.

Please visit my website at http://www.active.com/donate/tntnyc/tntnycAHenik.

Thanks,
Audrey

If you would like to make a donation to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society you can go to www.lls.org and click on the donation section on the right side of the page

If you would like to donate through Team JW please go to the website www.lightthenight.org.

1 - You can register yourself and make a donation (we will not tell if you don't show up for the walk). When you register, register with Team JW. You will receive some materials in the mail including a donation envelope, and a card that has the address of the Greater Los Angeles Office to mail it to.

OR

2- On the left side column there is a box to "find a participant". Click there and then log in the name of one of the walkers (see list below). Then click on their name and then you can enter in your donation on the right side column.

Please identify yourself on the blog if you have registered. The current team of registered walkers that I know about include:

Michael Lewis
Michelle Gold
Robert Solovy
Karen Gersten
Amy Chen
Gene Ironhill
Mara Benjamin
Michael Kadish
Judy Feldman
Deborah Novak

Thank you for your interest in supporting our effort in honor of Judah.
